It is so important to me to provide you with the highest quality artwork and a seamless shopping experience online. If you are not happy with your order, let me offer a hassle-free return.

Here’s how…

• Return Period: You may return the artwork within 30 days of receiving it.

• Conditions for Returns: The artwork must be in its original condition.

• Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us me at kate.dousset@gmail.com. I’ll then provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork.

• Refund Method: Once I have received the artwork in its original condition, I’ll refund the full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.

• Return Shipping Method: Please package the artwork securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
